These terms govern your use of this website and any information you submit through it. Project work we deliver for clients is governed by the separate written contract we sign together — these terms do not replace that contract; they sit alongside it for everyone who visits the site.

Acceptable use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You will not (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account; (b) introduce malware, scrape at a rate that disrupts the service or otherwise interfere with normal operation; (c) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; (d) submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harmful or harassing; or (e) use the site or its content to train AI models without our written permission, beyond the limited inspection that standard search-engine and crawler exemptions permit.
Information you submit
If you contact us via the form, email or WhatsApp, please share only information you are authorised to share, and please don't include confidential or sensitive personal information in initial enquiries — once we agree to work together we'll put proper safeguards in place under a signed agreement.
Intellectual property
The TechKis name, logo, text, graphics, layouts and code on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view, share links to and quote short excerpts of public pages for personal and editorial use, with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the site, republish our content, remove copyright notices or use our marks without prior written permission.
Services we deliver
Any consulting, design, development or other professional service we deliver for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties — including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual-property assignment, confidentiality and warranties. The information on this website is descriptive and does not, on its own, form a binding offer or contract.

We may link to websites, products and services operated by third parties. We don't control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, practices or policies. Following an external link is at your own risk.
